About Us
Our History:
In 2014, Bryan Reed started Florida Elite Football and Cheerleading, Inc a non-profit 501(c)3 youth football and cheerleading state league. He stepped out on the faith with a vision and goals in mind to cultivate change in youth sports by focusing on promoting good sportsmanship, a family atmosphere, emphasis on the student-athlete, provide a quality structured league, showcase athletes in events and only have the best compete. Florida Elite originally started with 8 organizations: Sarasota Seminoles, South Orange Patriots, CFAA Mustangs, West Orange Jr. Warriors, Gulfport Pirates, Osceola Panthers, Eustis Panther, and Avon Park Red Devils. Shortly thereafter 9 more organizations joined from the Sunrise PAL league: Lakeland Destroyers, Beallsville Eagles, Auburndale Bulls, Lakeland Patriots, Highland County Eagles, Dundee Hornets,
Lakeland Hurricanes, Frostproof Bulldogs and Lake Wales Gators which was the beginning of something phenomenal- ELITE. Year over year the league continued to grow from the various surrounding counties of Orange, Polk, Hillsborough, Osceola, Lee, Collier, Duval and Lake.
Since that time, Florida Elite has continued to grow with the motto in mind, “Quality
over Quantity.”
Our Mission:
Our mission at Florida Elite is to deliver a top-tier youth football and cheerleading league which develops our young athletes into well-rounded, positive, respectful and socially active members of the community. Our top priority is to provide a safe environment for our participants and spectators, community inclusion, and development of scholastics of student-athletes in all our programs. Florida Elite encourages all organizations to instill a solid foundation for all STUDENT ATHLETES through SCHOLARSHIP, LEADERSHIP, ACCOUNTABILITY, INTEGRITY, ACADEMICS AND TEAMWORK. Florida Elite aims to enrich the lives of all youth by educating them in cultural diversity, character development, self-worth and being ELITE. We will be known as the home of the STUDENT-ATHLETE. Florida Elite does not discriminate against race, color, creed, sex, religion, nationality and welcomes inclusion of all young people.

Florida Elite will maintain the highest standards and continue to set the bar high within youth sports. We want motivated individuals, who want to provide an environment that cultivates and nurtures inspiration, motivation and compassion in youth athletes. We are committed to highlighting the accomplishments of our student-athletes, by creating
innovative ideas to keep Florida Elite among the leaders in youth football and cheerleading.
